Well the pirates in a rowboat seem to have the upper hand. The only thing I don't understand is how they knew our Navy wouldnt act until the Whitehouse had tabulated the polls so they knew what to do. I'm pretty sure that our President will demand a "very Stern" letter from the UN be sent. Its enough to make you cry.
